• Rubber wood: We use Malaysian rubber wood which has uniform color, clear and fine texture. And, its moisture content is about 11%, which meets the requirements of China's GB/T3324.
• Wood skin: Zesheng adopts high-quality birch bark with a thickness of more than 0.6mm.
• Plywood: We use wooden plywood and high-density board which has a flat surface and even thickness. Its free formaldehyde emission is 9mg-30mg/100g.
• Paint: We usually apply PU paint which is fade and scratch resistant and has high-hardness.
• Glue: White latex, hot sol, alcohol glue, etc.
• Sponge: Our cushions are filled with high-density and low-combustibility sponge. And, it is covered with an anti-oxidation coating. The density of the sponge in the furniture is no less than 25kg/m3 and the other parts is no less than 22kg/m3. Its tensile strength is no less than 85kpa.
• Cloth material: The material, textures, and colors of common cloth are not sufficient for users who are looking for personalized furniture. We can provided you with the completely customized cloth. We can offer you more than one thousand kinds of materials to choose.
